Rules & Regulations

Every member must adhere to all rules stated in the Articles of Association for the Trust.

During any project, members must strictly follow decisions made by the Project Head, Sub-Committee, or Core Committee.

Members have no voting rights at the AGM; however, their opinions for the betterment of the organization are warmly welcomed.

Each member must pay a monthly subscription of ₹50 (₹600 annually).

Members must be present in at least half of all projects conducted during the financial year.

Certificates will be awarded at the AGM based on members' performance.

Each member will be provided with an Identity Card (ID Card).

Volunteership must be renewed every 2 years; renewal is completely free of cost.

Members will be informed in advance about all projects of the organization.

Active cooperation from all members is highly expected.

If any member violates the rules, the Core Committee will take immediate action, and their decision will be final.
