Bondhu — Rules & Regulations

Every member must adhere to all the rules and regulations stated in the Articles of Association for the Trust of the organization.

During any project, members must strictly follow the decisions made by the Project Head, Sub-Committee, or Core Committee.

Members will not have any voting rights in the Annual General Meeting (AGM); however, their opinions for the betterment of the organization will be warmly welcomed.

Each member must pay a monthly subscription of ₹50 (₹600 annually).

Members are required to be present in at least half of the total projects conducted during the financial year.

Certificates will be awarded at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) based on members' performance.

Each member will be provided with an identity card (ID Card).

Volunteership must be renewed every 2 years, and the renewal process will be completely free of cost.

Members will be informed in advance about all projects of the organization.

Active cooperation from all members is highly expected.

If any member violates the rules of the organization, the Core Committee will take immediate action, and their decision will be considered final.
