Bondhu — is a community-driven NGO from Howrah, dedicated to empowering underprivileged lives through education, healthcare, relief, and unity.
We, Bondhu , began our journey on 15th August 2017, started by a few college-going students with a simple belief — small acts of kindness can create lasting impact. What started as a small initiative has grown into a dedicated effort to serve communities across Bengal with compassion and care.
Over the years, our work has taken shape through initiatives like Bhalobeshe Ahare, Nivedan, Upohar, Himel Upohar, Oder Pujo, Roktodan Utsab, Rangamatir Hansi, and Disaster Relief. As we continue to grow, we look forward to expanding our impact with our upcoming initiative, Raktosetu.
At BONDHU, we remain committed to building a world where kindness is shared and no one is left behind.
We lead with empathy in every action we take.
Rooted in Howrah, growing together.
Transparent and accountable in all we do.
Building lasting change, not just relief.
From daily meals to emergency floods — we show up wherever we're needed most.
